BikeTrax for Bosch Gen4 is connected to the Powerport. This must be enabled by the bike dealer using a diagnostic device. This is very simple and fast. Afterwards the additional battery is supplied with power via this connection and everything works.

How is the battery indication created

The battery indicator does not reflect the actual level but is calculated from the standby time. For each day that the battery is not charged, the level is reduced by 5%. This means that the battery is empty after 20 days, which can also be measured in reality.

This version is delivered with open cable ends and is simply connected to a power supply with plus and minus. Due to its simplicity, this version does not have its own assembly instructions.

I cannot install BikeTrax in the app - it does not connect

BikeTrax must not be surrounded by metal or carbon after installation - these materials can block the GPS signal. The antenna must be pointed outwards - the position of the antenna is marked by the PowUnity logo. The installation in the account must be done with the bike switched on in the open air.

Can you add BikeTrax on several / on a second smartphone

You log in to the app on each smartphone with the same user data as in the account where you originally installed BikeTrax. Then you can view and control BikeTrax on any smartphone.
