How do I install an existing account on a new mobile phone

If you are moving to a new phone, all you need to do is install the app on the new phone and log in with the same data as on the old phone. Then you will immediately see BikeTrax as on your old mobile phone.

How to charge the extra battery

This varies depending on the BikeTrax version. The versions are available with a light, a display and a Powerport connection. For charging, the respective connection must output voltage (must therefore be activated).

The last displayed position/location does not match the current position

Please switch on the bike and shake it briefly in the open air. After a few minutes the current position should be displayed again. If this does not work, please check that the extra battery is charged so that the system is supplied with power.
